Scratch, Bake & Win MARKETING PROGRAM

Challenge

“Scratch, Bake & Win!” – a mega partner marketing
program designed to drive product sales during the key winter holiday timeframe. Go-together baking partner brands were brought into the campaign to expand media opportunity, cross merchandise at retail and provide exposure/trial for ACH brands in partner recipes.

Elements

Program elements included November and December 2-Page FSI spreads, in-store displays with recipe booklets, Facebook social media page supporting consumer engagement, and a Scratch, Bake & Win! interactive online sweepstakes.

Results

The program has run for 5 consecutive years, allowing ACH to achieve year-over-year sales gains exceeding baking industry averages (including private label) and increase coupon redemption.

Partner brands have seen sales increase in the double-digits, in addition to an increase in opt-in response and sell-in at retail, allowing for database/business growth.
